How a deck moves through the studio — and what we need from you to make it happen.
01How does the process work from start to finish?
It starts with a conversation. You share your story, your audience, and your timeline through our creative brief. We structure the narrative, design every slide to support it, and deliver a polished deck with revisions included. Pitch Ready delivers in 5 business days, Investor Grade in 48 hours, and Board Room offers 24-hour turnaround. Partner retainer clients get 24-hour turnaround on every deck.
02What do you need from me to get started?
At minimum, we need your content (bullet points, data, rough slides — anything works), your brand guidelines if you have them, and context about your audience. The more you share, the sharper the output. Our creative brief captures everything in 5 minutes.
03How long does a typical project take?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days for Pitch Ready, 48 hours for Investor Grade, and we offer 24-hour rush on Board Room. Most clients receive their first draft within 48–72 hours, with revisions turning around in 24 hours.
04Can I see progress before the final delivery?
Absolutely. We share a mid-point checkpoint so you can review the direction, narrative arc, and design language before we complete all slides. This ensures we're aligned before the final push.

Pricing & payment,
what's included, what isn't.
Transparent packages. No hidden fees, no usage limits, no licensing.
01What's included in every package?
Every package includes a dedicated designer, narrative strategy, professional data visualization, premium stock imagery, and brand matching. Investor Grade adds source files, custom data viz, speaker notes, a 30-minute strategy call, and competitor research. Board Room adds bespoke SVG visualizations, 3–5 custom illustrations, a 60-minute strategy session, coaching, and a mini brand guide. Partner retainer clients get all Board Room features across 4 decks per month.
02How do payments work?
One-off projects (Pitch Ready, Investor Grade, Board Room) are paid upfront via Stripe — credit card or ACH. Partner retainer clients pay monthly with net-30 invoicing available. You own the files forever — no licensing fees, no usage limits.
03Can I upgrade my package after starting?
Absolutely. If your project scope grows — more slides, additional formats, or animation — we'll pro-rate the difference and upgrade your package seamlessly mid-project. No need to start over.
04Do you offer refunds?
All projects include revision rounds to ensure you're happy with the final result. Cancellations before design work begins are eligible for a full refund. Once design has started, we work with you through revision rounds to get it right. Please review our Terms of Service for full details on our cancellation and revision policies.

01How do revisions work?
Pitch Ready includes 1 round of revisions. Investor Grade includes 2 rounds. Board Room includes extended revisions for 14 days — we keep iterating until you're satisfied. Partner retainer clients get ongoing revisions across all their decks. Additional revision rounds can always be added as an add-on.
02What file formats do you deliver?
Pitch Ready delivers in PPTX only. Investor Grade includes PPTX, PDF, and Google Slides with source files. Board Room includes all formats plus Figma with layered source files. Partner retainer clients get all formats on every deck.
03What's the rush delivery process?
Select 24h or 48h rush during checkout. Your project gets priority assignment and a dedicated designer works on it immediately. Rush deliveries maintain the same quality standard — we simply allocate more resources to your project.
04Do I own the final files?
100%. Once delivered, everything is yours — slides, custom illustrations, icons, all of it. No licensing restrictions, no usage limits. Use them, edit them, repurpose them however you like.

01Do you work with agencies on volume?
Absolutely. Our Partner tier is built for agencies and teams that need ongoing capacity — 4 decks per month (35 slides each), 24-hour turnaround, dedicated Slack channel, white-label delivery with NDA, and a weekly 30-minute call. Unused decks roll over one month. Pricing is custom-scoped to your volume; request a quote and we’ll come back within 24 hours.

03Can you match our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely — and we prefer it. Pitch Ready includes basic brand color and font matching. Investor Grade includes full brand analysis and integration. Board Room goes deeper with brand immersion and a mini brand guide. Partner retainer clients get a full brand system with ongoing maintenance and quarterly brand reviews.
04What if I need ongoing presentation support?
That's exactly what our Partner tier is for. You get 4 decks per month, a dedicated design team that knows your brand, 24-hour turnaround, ongoing revisions, a template system, and quarterly brand reviews.
